In 2003, Pat Lewsen and Lydia Best decided they'd had enough of their stressful, corporate lives and decided to start a business. But not just any business, one they had passion for. As animal lovers, it didn't take them long to figure it out. They started a dog sitting business that would go well beyond feeding and walking. And customers didn't even have to have a dog. They would take care of everything from spiders to spider monkeys. Also on the to-do list was personal chef service, house sitting, errand running and even grocery shopping.
Our challenge was to create a logo and brand identity that would not only demonstrate all they do, but capture the warm and fun personality of the founders. The striking result was offbeat, contemporary and managed to include everything but the kitchen sink. (Although, they'd probably do your dishes if you asked.)
